MMX was engaged by Slims Quality Burger to construct the first-ever store in Australia, with a National Rollout planned for the QSR. Designed by Landini Associates the vision was delivered on time, on budget and defect-free. A fit-out in a live AMP asset was delivered in 10 weeks with all the kitchen equipment preordered and coordinated to ensure that the fitoff was seamless. As a result, MMX are undertaking the Slims flagship restaurant at Sydney Westfields.
