The Adina chain of hotels engaged MMX to transform their ground floor retail space into a commercial kitchen which would cater to the needs of the surrounding area and the needs of the hotel guests. In collaboration with RDO Architects a new commercial kitchen and front of house was inspired and delivered. The project entailed working in a live environment and works were completed around the needs of the Hotel. The warm tomes of the timber and lighting contrasting with the industrial feel of the exposed ceiling and concrete floors creates an inviting environment for patrons and guests.
