MMX Projects were engaged in a D&C contract with Nathan’s Famous to build their dream restaurant. The design intent was a colonial design to allow the customers to be transported back into time as they eat the food. Working in a live environment in the Westfield shopping Center Parramatta and with a tight program, MMX had placed their best team on to complete the job smoothly.
To minimise disruption during business hours, MMX began the construction of noisy works during the early hours of the day.
