MMX Projects has been awarded the contract for project management & internal finishes of this $35 million project comprising of the design and construct of 93 apartments in three, multi-storey residential apartments building and a three-level 154-space basement car park.
The apartments will comprise 34, one-bedroom apartments; 47, two-bedroom apartments and 17, three-bedroom apartments. Associated infrastructure works include stormwater, sewer, electrical, pavements, fire hydrant system and on-site stormwater detention tanks.
