MMX was engaged to provide a complete design and construct proposal for the fitout. MMX engaged the Architect and worked closely with the client to ensure the project brief and operation requirements were captured. MMX engaged in a 4 week design period and then undertook a 8 week fitout completing the new fit out works. Spatial and treatment room requirements were a main focus as was the new “Gait Room” which focus’ and analysis a patients biomechanics. The project consisted of sterilisations rooms, back of house staff amenities and quarters, 5 consultation rooms with specialty equipment and a main reception area. The lighting and design provides and inviting and calming environment for patients and staff.
